This is the age of global village, Therefore, a government cannot annihilate a rebel force totally and a rebel cannot totally annihilate a government force. Therefore, the age of dictatorship has been over, the age of revolution has been over, and the age of super powers has been over. No country can be a superpower. Consequently, the countries do not need to build a big army. They do not need to spend a lot on military. The concept of country has become less important and revolution is no more needed.
